About Me

Melinda Lejman is a personal and professional development coach, licensed massage therapist, freelance writer, and lifelong Memphian whose work centers on helping individuals find clarity, purpose, and balance.

A graduate of the Massage Institute of Memphis, she began her career in wellness in 1999 before spending more than a decade in the nonprofit sector. She later returned to hands-on healing, reinstating her massage therapy license with a renewed perspective on growth and well-being.

Melinda holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Memphis and studied Organizational Leadership at Northeastern University. In 2019, she completed training in Life Design, Calming the Chaos, and Transformational Leadership coaching.

Melinda brings a deeply personal, values-driven approach to her work, supporting clients in calming the chaos of daily life and in designing lives and careers rooted in meaning and intention. She is also a passionate advocate for animal rescue, and she and her family frequently foster animals in need of safe and loving homes.
